Videos are streamed to the video player and once played it is automatically deleted ready for the next section of video to be processed, watched, deleted, etc It's like a never ending cycle of incoming video data, and as it is watched, it is 'forgotten' by the computer, ready for the next bit of video data to pass through.

If streamed video data was automatically stored to your computer, you'd likely fill up your drive very quickly as video can take up lots of space depending on quality. Not only that, the streamed video data is likely in an encrypted format that wouldn't allow you play it locally anyway, if you did manage to locate some part of a progressive download.

For the majority of streaming websites and services, the above would apply. I'm sure there may be some websites that do store some video sometimes using your browser cache, but for the large majority, you wouldn't really be able to locate any stored videos from streaming.
